STEP 1 - SUBMIT YOUR VISION
Fill out the XFP Custom application form below
Describe your design vision and upload your
logos along with any reference images that help illustrate the direction you’re looking for.
Be as descriptive as possible regarding colours, patterns, and logo placement.
You’ll also select the XFP coverage and quantity you’re interested in.
Step 2 - DESIGN PROOF
Once your design vision is submitted and the deposit is paid, we’ll start creating your XFP custom design.
Custom design concepts are delivered within 2–4 working days.
Step 3 - Review & Approve
Review your custom design proof and let us know if you’d like any adjustments.
Once you’re happy with the final design, approve the artwork and complete the remaining payment.
Step 4 - Production & Delivery
Once approved and fully paid, your custom XFP kits move into production.
Orders are produced and shipped directly to you within 5–14 working days, depending on order quantity.
