Array XFP Bicycle Protection Kit

Product Warranty

The Array XFP Protection Kits, made from our unique protection film, comes with a 12 month warranty.

This warranty excludes any damage or issues arising during the installation process, whether due to installation solution or technique. It also does not cover damages like chips, scrapes, scratches, cuts, etc., which result from normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, other materials, or regular bike use. Being a wear product, Array XFP is subject to damage during bicycle use. Damage from bike racks, bags, stands etc or improper storage is not covered. We do not cover any bicycle damage caused during the installation or removal of Array XFP products although this is highly unlikely to happen.

Template Designs

All Array XFP protection kits may require some trimming to fit due to the manufacturing variability of bicycles. We do not guarantee that our pattern designs are free from defects that might require modifications during installation.

Unless otherwise stated on the product packaging or literature, Array XFP guarantees that each product meets its specifications at the time of shipment. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

Other Products

Array XFP offers a 12-month general guarantee from the date of purchase for all products against material or manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, improper use or storage, or incorrect installation.

Guarantee of Information

Descriptions, instructions, drawings, illustrations, data, and performance descriptions included in advertisements, and price lists are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a contractual agreement.

Array XFP cannot guarantee that data communication via the Internet is error-free and always available due to current technology limitations. We are not responsible for any links to other web pages or sources and do not guarantee their availability. Array XFP is not responsible for the content of these links, even if there is no evidence of illicit content.

Responsibility

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the guarantee period, Array XFP will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item. Any other claims, including requests for damages or contract termination, are excluded.

Several factors beyond Array XFP’s control and solely within the user’s knowledge can affect the product’s use and performance. The user is responsible for evaluating the product and determining its suitability for a particular purpose.

Except where prohibited by law, Array XFP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of its products, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are managed exclusively by Array. To submit a claim or ask a question, contact us at hello@arrayofbikes.com. Warranty claims must include a purchase receipt and the date/location of the installer (if applicable). Please provide photos showing the overall condition of the product (wide shot) and close-ups of the issues. If not provided initially, we will request photos and will not proceed with the warranty claim without them.

At our discretion, we may request the return or destruction of the defective product to complete a warranty claim.
