Clothing Returns
Notification Window for Refunds
Refunds for clothing items are possible if you notify us within 7 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at hello@arrayofbikes.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and verification of the item’s condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Sticker Kit Returns
Refunds for Unapplied Kits
Refunds are available for sticker kits that have not been applied, provided you notify us within 7 days of the purchase date.
Returns/Exchanges for Opened Kits
We can accept returns or exchanges for opened sticker kits if there is proof that the kit is defective. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect when contacting us. We urge all of you to please follow the application videos as closely as possible. 90% of the time, if application is done incorrectly – you can experience lifting of the sticker kit, unwanted bending etc.
